I think the license is more the FA saying that they cann use more than one match ball. By doing this you cant just pick and choose what games you use it you have to use it every game |

The question is will we invest in the training / recruitment of the ball boys to make this work? I seem to remember us trying this a few years back after a trip to the Reebok, but the referee had to take all of the balls off the ball boys after they continually threw additional balls on to the pitch because they hadn't got a clue what they were doing. Given the complete ineptitude of the ball boys over many seasons to even get off their backsides to retreive the ball, I'm somewhat sceptical that this will work. |

Jerome should be happy now. He's now got up to an eight-fold opportunity. If it had only been introduced in Barry Fry's reign. Jonno wouldn't have had to wait so long for his first goal. :redcard: |

If you have multi-ball, why not multi-team as well Eight balls, 16 teams, 16 strips to sell. Goals all around the ground. 20/20 cricket - dullsville |

Erm Cant be offside from a throwing, And Bent and Jerome are Rapid !!! quick thinkers will get the ball and pop it over the back or down the flank !! There is a time to be controlled and there is a time to rush about like a lunatic ( Multiball is needed for latter ) |

its where the club has loads of footballs around the pitch instead of just 1. when the ball goes of play we dont have to wait for the ball to come back from the stands, instead the ball goes out of play and the ball boy/girl passes a spare ball to the player meaning the game can continue whilst the origional ball is making it way through the fans back to the sides |

Like it has been said,it all depends on how good the ballboys are and over the last 40 years that I have watched, they have been useless |

Maybe someone needs to tell the ball boys we are playing multi ball now. On today's performance there were more delays getting rid of the second ball from the playing area because they were thrown in at the wrong times. |

The ball boys need to pull their fingers out. Throw ball on, run and get other ball, how hard is that? Roy Aitken had to tell them what to do a few times. |

Methinks some people are reading too much into this. It doesn't matter how many balls we do or don't use, sticking it in the back of the net is going to be our biggest concern after Saturday. |
